Design
The distinction between a villa renovation and a villa redesign is important for budgeting and scope planning. A renovation addresses the physical fabric of the property: the surfaces, fixtures, fittings, structural configuration and technical systems. A redesign addresses the spatial planning, the aesthetic direction, the material palette and the furniture selection.
