The design process for F&B environments includes close coordination with the kitchen consultant and MEP engineer from concept stage to ensure the design intent, the operational brief and the compliance requirements are resolved together rather than sequentially.

Restaurant interior design in Dubai must also address the specific climate context: interior temperatures approaching 40 degrees Celsius outside mean that outdoor dining terraces require effective shading, misting and HVAC solutions to extend their usable season.
